I was drawn to real estate because I love helping people and wanted a career where I could be part of such an important milestone in their lives. I also love that the industry rewards hard work and dedication, giving me the opportunity to build a career based on how much I’m willing to put into it.

I chose Bailee & Co. because of the culture. I wanted to be part of a brokerage where everyone pushes each other to be better while also genuinely celebrating and supporting one another’s success. From the moment I learned more about Bailee & Co., it felt like the right place for me to grow.
