About Kristen Flavin

My husband, Chris, and our dog Bailey—who is very much our child—are my whole world. Bailey may look like a yellow Lab, but her DNA test says she’s part Great Pyrenees and Pit Bull Terrier, which is definitely part of her personality! Outside of real estate, I love to travel and learn about different cultures, spend time in the kitchen trying new recipes, and garden whenever Oklahoma decides to give us a break from the 104-degree heat.

Before real estate, I spent more than a decade as a software developer, a career I originally went to college to pursue. After years of working in a very solitary industry, I knew I wanted to do something completely different—something centered around people, relationships, and connection. Having bought and sold homes myself, I had always felt there was an opportunity for Realtors to provide a better experience, so I decided to give real estate a try.

That decision led me through several Texas markets, including Houston, Tyler, and Austin, before eventually bringing me to Oklahoma City. With nine years of experience in real estate, I briefly stepped away from the industry to attend OCU Law with the goal of becoming a real estate attorney. In January 2026, I realized that path wasn’t quite right for me, and I returned to what I truly love: real estate. Coming back to the industry—and now building my business in Oklahoma—was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I chose Bailee & Co. because of the brokerage’s structure, focus on relationships and business growth, and convenient location close to home. I’m especially excited to work alongside Bailee and Tommy as I continue developing my business and reaching my goals. While building relationships has always been one of my biggest strengths, I’m looking forward to pairing that with intentional coaching, strategy, and guidance to take my business to the next level.
